Worth knowing
A particularly fine selection was packed into the collector's box in Cuba in 2016: 2 of the 6 cigars in the large torpedo format are not available outside the sampler (the HdM was once available as a Limitada), the Cohiba is only supplied in very small editions. Each of the Habanos burns for about 75 – 95 minutes.
Flavours
From light to strong, from mild to full-bodied – as is usual with Selecciónes ünes, there is something for every taste. In detail: Cohiba Grán Pirámide – medium-strong; very complex, hay, nuts, flowers, umami, wood, coffee. Hoyo de Monterrey Pirámide – light; cedar, milk coffee, caramel, fragrant-aromatic. H.Upmann No. 2 – light-medium; wood, nut, honey, Röstaromen, creamy. Montecristo No. 2 – medium-strong; cocoa, coffee, spices, hay, ölig. Partagás Serie P No. 2 – strong; cinnamon, incense, resin, earth, caramel, coffee. Romeo y Julieta Pirámide – medium; leather, Röstaromen, nut, floral, sweet. Each of these cigars has its very own flavour profile and a clear, exciting development in the course of smoking.
