The following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC") apply to all orders placed via our website.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Receipt of your order is confirmed by email directly after you have sent your order; this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within 2 days.
3. Shipping costs
The product prices indicated are without shipping costs, which are charged in addition. More detailed information about the shipping costs is specified with the offers.
All ordered products are shipped to the shipping address specified by the customer.
In the case of shipments abroad, please review the import regulations for your country and inform us of any specifics of such import regulations to enable us to take account of such specifics within the scope of our possibilities. In this context, we also do not assume any liability for delivered products that the customer was not permitted to order.
Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the shipment, such as customs duties, storage charges, etc. All tobacco products are shipped along with the related German tobacco revenue stamps unless we have been provided with a written agreement or a license allowing for a deviation from this.
Please note that shipments of tobacco products to Austria is prohibited by law.
Our online shop provides the following payment methods:
You pay within 14 days from the payment request in advance by transfer. After ordering you are emailed an order overview with all relevant details.
Cash on delivery
If you select the payment method of cash on delivery, you have to pay a surcharge of EUR 6 in addition to the shipping costs.
Your credit card is debited at the time when we ship the goods to you.
Billing, installment purchase, and immediate transfer (Klarna)
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options, where each payment is made to Klarna:
Billings: the payment period is  days from the date of shipment of the goods / the ticket / or, in case of other services, of provision of the service. The complete billing terms for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here: Germany.
Installment purchase: The financing service of Klarna enables you to pay your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments at the terms specified at the checkout. The installment purchase is due at the end of the month after transmission of a monthly bill by Klarna. Further information on the installment purchase, including the general terms and conditions and the Standard European Consumer Credit Information for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here (only available in the countries specified): Germany.
Direct debit: available in Germany. The amount is debited upon shipment of the goods. The date is notified to you by email.
Immediate: available in Germany. Your account is debited directly after your order.
6. Collection by the customer
It is generally possible for you to collect the goods at Casa del Puro, Hauptmarkt 9, 90403 Nürnberg (Germany) at the business hours indicated below: 1 - 2 working days.
7. Reservation of title
Until payment has been made in full, the goods shall remain the property of Jürgen Haase, who reserves the right to accept orders only against cash on delivery. In the event that a direct debit is returned or not cashed, the customer shall reimburse Jürgen Haase for all charges arising (return debit fees of the bank and address information).
8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damages in transit, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible, and contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory claims and their assertion, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory warranty rights shall apply. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their specific conditions can be found with the product and on specific information pages in the online shop.
10. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text and send to you the order data and our GTC by email. You may access and download the GTC at any time on this page, and you may view your past orders in our customer login.
11. Contract language
The languages of the contract conclusion are German and English.
12. Youth protection
Where your order comprises goods the sale of which is subject to age limits, we shall ensure by deploying a reliable procedure, including a personal identity and age verification, that the purchaser has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer shall deliver the goods only after age verification and only to the purchaser personally.
If an order comprises alcoholic beverages or tobacco products, the customer confirms by sending its order to have achieved the legal minimum age for purchasing alcoholic beverages. The customer undertakes to ensure that only the customer itself or an authorized person of full age accepts the goods.
