In addition to the small Minijet lighters, the portfolio of the French luxury goods manufacturer S.T. Dupont also includes products for lovers of somewhat larger lighters. These belong to the sister series, which bears the sonorous name ‚Maxijet‘. Compared to the Minijet series, the lighters of the Maxijet series have a more masculine design and fit just as well in the hand of the cigar smoker due to their rounded surfaces. The side walls of this lighter series are also made more stable to withstand the daily stresses and strains, and the handle is set into the side of the body of the lighter, which harmoniously rounds off the overall appearance of the lighter series.

The lighters of the S.T. Dupont Maxijet series are predominantly in the classic colours chrome, black and gunmetal, harmonising perfectly with the design of the lighters and thus giving each Maxijet its individual elegance. The front and back of the S.T. Dupont Maxijet Chrome brushed is covered with curved lines, which are only crossed by two air inlets that are light and adapted to the oval shape of the lighter. The air inlets supply the piezo ignition with sufficient oxygen at all times. As with the Minijet series, the S.T. Dupont Gas Black is recommended for filling the Maxijet series as well.
