This is the second time I've come across the same employee, who perhaps didn't understand that not all customers like being served in a "top-down", instructive and tight-lipped manner. Actually, there is no service at all in the sense of "what exactly are you looking for" or "which strength do you prefer" etc. "You can see everything we have from Cuba here" Great, I'll get more competent advice at the gas station, that's possible here when selling luxury items (!!!) not at all. Please work out again internally how customers are to be served, not to be lectured to, but to be advised, and how sellers do not necessarily have to have the last word other than "Thank you for your purchase and goodbye". In particular, the customer must not be interrupted while speaking. It's a shame, shopping here became a hassle for the second time.
