The handy "Hermoso No. 4" format is available in some particularly outstanding Habanos, such as the VR "Famosos" or the SLR "Regios". Por Larranaga probably thought the same thing in 2014 and released this Vítola with retro anilla, which is only available from selected specialist retailers and is only available from us in the entire region. Smoking time approx. 50 - 65 minutes.
Flavours
Without a doubt the strongest and spiciest PL, the slimmed down Robusto pushes the woody, roasted side of the brand to the fore without overemphasizing it. In other words, the delicious sweetness and gentle creaminess of its sisters are also clearly recognizable, but cedar, mocha, grain and dark nut aromas are more in the foreground. The typical pleasant leathery impression of traditionally mixed Habanos is also present here, but the smoke is still really creamy. Like all Hermosos, this is an uncomplicated cigar to smoke, yet complex in taste and of a medium strength.

Gründer der Marke war Ignacio Larrañaga, der die Marke 1834 in Havanna registrieren ließ. Ihr Ruhm verbreitete sich rasch um die ganze Welt. Man bekam sie in den besten Hotels, Clubs und Restaurants auf allen fünf Kontinenten. Manche gingen sogar so weit zu sagen, die Por Larrañaga hätte die Habano berühmt gemacht. Viele Geschichten ranken sich um diese Marke und besonderen Charme haben die Worte des Autors Rudyard Kipling, dem Verfasser des Dschungelbuchs: „There is peace in a Larrañaga“. Auch die umfangreiche Formatauswahl hat sich im Laufe der Jahre reduziert. Doch die beliebten Formate Montecarlos, Panetelas und Petit Coronas sind uns bis heute erhalten geblieben.
