In Cuba, a Lancero or a large Corona format usually has the No. 1, but in the stronger range of Schuster's Honduran Puro brand, it is a slim 5" Perfecto with a pointed head and "normal" burn end. Smoking time: approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
Flavours
A refined vítola, medium strong and spicy, with a distinctive smoke progression. Roasted aromas of coffee beans and tart nuts dominate the attack, complemented by a noble leather note. In the following, woody, astringent notes appear as well as a well-dosed pinch of pepper, before the characteristic turns visibly towards earthiness. Overall, spicy and pithy facets are much more prominent here - as in the entire series - than in the classic line. Nevertheless, a discreet "dark" liquorice sweetness permanently resonates in the background. A charming little smoke!
