Cigar Lounge Nuremberg

I wanted to get gas for my Sturm lighter there. The nice gentleman then determined that my lighter seemed to be clogged and repaired it for free. Plus, the atmosphere in this store is absolutely fantastic!

I was looking for a gift for my father and received excellent advice in this store. The lady in the shop was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to help me choose. The cigar box, the lighter, and the recommendations were just what I needed – my father was very happy. Truly great service and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd be happy to come back!

I came in to try this place out from a recommendation from a friend. Big disappointment. They do have nice cigars but the unfriendliness from the Staff was unprofessional. I do not get the good reviews they have because my experience was not a good one. My visit was very unpleasant and very unwelcoming . The old lady was i think was in a bad mood. I think I came in the wrong time but still would not recommend to anyone else. Try a different cigar spot are better places nearby.

The staff of this establishment is super rude and unprofessional. My friend and I went to visit this place to experience Cuban Cigar. At the get go. We were greeted with strange stares and felt very unwelcome from both staff. Rude unwanted comments from the old lady was unnecessary. It was super weird experience and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice cigar lounge. It is a small place, but very quiet and pleasant. You can drink something, smoke a cigar and take a look at the city center
