The series, conceived as a tribute to his roots (admittedly: not the most original idea among the numerous Cuban exiles in the cigar business!), is among José Garcia's latest strokes of genius. The Toro in the shimmering Oscuro wrapper burns for about 70 – 85 minutes.

Flavours

A classically sized boxpressed Toro with a filler of Nicaraguan Criollo and Corojo – boah, how original… but wait, the blend is from Don Pepín and tastes just ünot at all interchangeable and gleichfö It tastes incredibly harmonious and charming, with lots of melting chocolate aroma, nutty notes, spices like nutmeg and even cardamom, the obligatory hint of crisp coffee aroma, and increasingly peat and toast as it progresses. Above all, the brand-typical tops of solid woods and a pleasant sweetness hover. Medium strength and extremely good performance.
