After the Maduro series, Debonaire soon followed up with a lighter variant - also with Connecticut wrapper, but a Shade Grown instead of a Broadleaf. With clearly different characteristics, you can expect the same high quality for approx. 70 - 80 minutes.

Whoever reads "Connecticut Shade" nowadays immediately expects a mild blend of moderate strength, sweetish-creamy and suitable for beginners. That's exactly what you get here at a fair price - but a quality-conscious supplier like Debonaire is of course not content with merely pleasing standard goods! So there are also very fine grassy-floral overtones to taste here, but on the other side of the spectrum there is also a pleasant latent earthiness and a well-measured dose of cedar, which bring the honey sweetness into balance. In the 2nd half, nutty and white bread flavours round out the palette harmoniously.
